1. Booking / Reservation.

   Nusa Dua Dive Centre recieving booking/reservation by Email, Messanger , Whatsapp phone or Booking/reservation face to face in person. Your booking/Reservation is confirm after you pay deposit 50% from the total amount.

2. Payments Method.

   Payments by VISA or Mastercard:
   Payments can settled by Indonesian Rupiah ( IDR ). you can pay by cash or you can pay by a Visa or Master card online by sending you link to process your payments. Payments by cards will charge plus 2.5% from the price for administration fee.

3. Cancellation Policy.

   If you wish to cancel your booking/reservation please let,s us know as soon as possible.

• • A cancellation made within 24 hours from the start of the activity will Charged 25% from full price.
  • A cancellation made within 12 hours from the start of the activity or no shows will Charged 50% from full price..
  • A cancellation made within 48 hours from the start of the activity will recieve full refund.
  • If we cancel your dive activities due to unfavorable weather condition or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control then you will get full refund or we offer to reschedule your dive activities.
  • No Refund are given once you have started the course or Dive trips.
  • No Refund for PADI Elearning course at any level of certification.
